Acne Appearing In Clear T-Zone

Acne Lesion Distribution On Face

The distribution of acne lesion on the face is different in different people and it does not follow one pattern of distribution.  On your face, there would be some areas where there is a dense population of the acne lesions, but there are areas on that same side, which has very mild acne lesions.

Let’s Understand T-Zone Of Face

The T-Zone is the area of the face that is the most prone area where the acne occurs.  The T-Zone starts from the middle and sides of the forehead and extends down the middle of the nose including a little bit of the sides of the nose as well and then goes down to involve the chin.  This zone is also called the area that is very much prone of developing a great deal of acne lesions and where the most breakouts occur.

Why The Breakouts Occur In T-Zone The Most

There are several reasons as to why there are a whole lot of acne breakouts starting from this area and we are going to explain the different factors and reasons in the following paragraphs in a point form, so that it helps you to get a better picture as to what is the cause and how it could be prevented.

1. One of the major reasons that the acne occurs in the T-Zone is because that is the area that is being touched the most with the hands that are dirty.  There are so many times in a day that we touch our face and there are a lot of times when we do not care if our hands are clean or not, and this then causes the dirt to spread on the skin of the face and it can just result in the breakout of acne lesions on your face.  You must remember that you should not touch your face when your hands are dirty because they will not be good for the health of your facial skin.

2. The first acne pimple that you will find will be on your chin or the nose.  And stress is the most important factor that can be a cause of the outbreak of the acne lesions in the T-Zone.  You must make it sure that you just keep the area clean and not touch the pimple with your hand.

3. There is a whole lot exposure of the T-Zone to the oil and is where the bacteria collect the most and thus can be a resultant in the development of the acne.  If we see the anatomy of the face, we see that there are corners and crevices and it is the area where the oil collects the most and thus it is the leading cause of the development of acne.  You must work out to clean the oil from your skin and not use any alcohol preparations, as it will dry your skin out and that will not be good because if the skin gets a whole lot dry then it becomes rough and is more exposed to infections, so it is better that a little oil is still left on the face by doing gentle wipes.

4.There is always more than one type of skin present in the T-Zone.  There is a combination of oily, dry or normal skin.

How Acne Can Be Controlled

Controlling acne is not just a treatment, but a discipline and needs a continuous followup and care and a great deal of understanding as to what acne really is and what measures can be taken to control it the right way.  We are going to discuss the various ways you can take care of your skin and control the spread of acne or from developing it.

1. You can wash your face gently by using plenty of lukewarm water and can clean your fingertips by using soaps that have no oil-based ingredients.  You must wash your face for at least twice a day.  You must use lukewarm water because they will make the pores open, and if you use cold water then this will close down the pores and that will cause accumulation of oil and bacteria and will clog the pores, which is going to be really hazardous for the skin.  So you must use lukewarm water to clean up your skin.

2.You must dry out the skin of your face with a clean towel or a sterile gauze after you have washed it with the lukewarm water.  You must gently tap your skin with the towel and not rub it as this will cause the spread of infections and will also remove the natural moisture from the skin of your face, which is going to aggravate the already worse situation, so be very careful when you are drying out your face.

3.There are very good antibacterial cleansers and sealers that are available over the counter.  You can also ask your cosmetic specialist to tell you about the cleansers and sealers that you can use on your face after thorough cleaning to prevent any bacteria from entering into the pores.  These cosmetic sealers will cause the pores to close and you can protect your face, back, arms or chest from the environment by following this procedure.

4. Winter season just dries out the skin and in this season you must you’re your skin hydrated by apply moisturizers so that the health and integrity of your skin is maintained.

5.You must gently wipe out the oil on your skin in the T-Zone area, so that your skin remains fresh and the oil does not cause any accumulation of bacteria on your skin.

6.You must remember that you should not touch your face after applying the oil in your hair, as this will cause the transference of germs, dandruff and bacteria from your hair to the skin of your face and can cause a great deal of itchiness and aggravation on the acne lesions.

Summary

In this article we have tried to give a whole lot of ideas through which you can take care of your skin and the most important thing to outline right now is that acne treatment is not simply an acne treatment but a discipline that one must follow.
